Sorry for the extended break. Not sure what happened, apart from summer and then we bought a house and moved in. But mostly we just haven't been taking photos. Sometimes life is just more fun when you don't record it.
But for Christmas we had guests who recorded lots! So we stole their photos and hence there's blog material; so thank you Jemma and Ria!
Jemma and Ria are (and were, Ria's home now) in the middle of a European tour and came to stay with us for Christmas. We all headed to Tervakoski to the lovely Willa Göös for 3 nights to meet up with the Mummis, Nana and Pabba, Marko, Heli and the girls, Lotta and Gareth, Sami, Anna and Otso, and Tuula and Aki. We all had a great time celebrating Pabba's birthday on the 23rd, Finnish Christmas on the 24th and then a Kiwi Christmas on the 25th. There was HEAPS of snow with at least 40cm falling on the 24th and 25th and a perfectly sunny -17c day on the 25th for Gareth to spark up the BBQ ;).
The sauna was hot, the snow was cold for rolling in, Joulupukki was generous, the company welcoming and the food and drink flowed freely. Thanks to everyone we had a great time!
